Ingredients

500 gm fish marinated with 1/2 tsp RAMAN SPICE Turmeric Powder

2 tbsp RAMAN SPICE Fish Curry Powder
- 1 onion, 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, 2 green chilli, halved
- 1 tsp mustard,
- 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
- 1 sprig curry leaves
- 4 ladies fingers (okra)
- 100 ml water
- tamarind extract to taste
- 230 ml coconut milk
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Heat oil in a deep pan and add the mustard, fenugreek seeds until it splutters
- Add sliced onions, garlic, curry leaves and sauté till fragrant
- Once the onions are soft, add 2 tbsp of RAMAN SPICE fish curry powder and mix well
- Add water, tamarind extract, salt to taste and bring all of it to a boil until the oil separates
- Once the gravy is boiling, add the okra, green chillies, tomatoes followed by the fish
- Finally add coconut milk and simmer for further 5 to 10 minutes
- Serve once ready with rice, naan or chapati.
