Ingredients

1kg chicken marinade with 1 tsp RAMAN SPICE TURMERIC POWDER
- 3 cups basmati rice (1cup rice: 1.5 cup water)
- 100ml oil
- 100ml ghee,
- ¼ cup fresh yogurt
- 400gm onion thinly sliced
- 2 green chillies slit
- 1 ½ tbsp. ginger garlic paste
- 1 cup of mint leave chopped
- 1 cup of fresh coriander chopped

1tbs RAMAN SPICE CHILLI POWDER

2 tbsp. RAMAN SPICE BIRIYANI MIX
- Salt to taste
- 2-inch cinnamon stick
- 6 green cardamom
- 2 star anise
- 4 cloves
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 Bay leaves

Directions
- Soak the washed basmati rice for 20 minutes, drain it and set aside
- Heat oil & ghee in a pan, add sliced onion sauté till golden brown set aside
- To the same pan add the spices and roast until they are fragrant
- Now add green chillies, ginger garlic paste, mint leaves, fresh coriander and sauté till fragrant
- Add the marinated chicken and brown the meat for 5 minutes
- Once the meat is browned, add briyani mx, chilli powder and mix well
- To this, add water and bring it boil
- Now add the drained rice, browned onion, yogurt and salt
Cook until done and serve it hot with raita
